Our SIP trunk provider will be completing a migration to their new Business Portal

The date for your migration is 22nd January 2024.

The reattempt date (if needed) is 6th February 2024.

On the migration date the provider will transfer all your SIP trunk services to the new Business Portal.

The update should not affect any voice services, and the transfer will take place outside of core business hours.

In some instances, not every service may migrate on the first date given, for example if there is an open order on your account (requested a new number or SIP service etc). In these cases the provider will reattempt to migrate these services over in the following 2 weeks.
