A fix has been implemented and we are currently monitoring the service to confirm this issue has been fully resolved.

Update
We have updated some of our DNS servers in the meantime to point to alternative servers which are currently online and should help mitigate some of the issue.
Whilst this is going on our upstream provider is working on a solution to bring all the servers back up and we are starting to see some signs of improvement.

We are aware of an upstream issue with one of our DNS providers.
We are currently in contact with the provider and working to resolve this as soon as possible.
