When attending 3CX Web meetings you may notice the layout of the web meetings has changed following an update from 3cx that has been implemented on the 3rd of February 2023.
The functionalities within the web meeting remain the same, however, the Icon bar is now on the bottom of the screen rather than the top.
Working from left to right on the Icon bar at the bottom of the screen is the below:
- Time: How long the meeting has been going on
- Person+: This will allow you to invite additional contacts to the meeting
- Microphone Icon: Allows you to mute and unmute attendees
- Video Icon: Allows you to turn attendees' cameras on and off
- Hand Icon: Raise your hand to ask a question
- Screen Icon: Present/share your screen
- Red dialler: End or leave the meeting
- Message Icon: Send a message within the meeting to attendees
- Person Icon: Attendees list
- Blue arrow and square Icon: Share a document / share chalkboard/camera share / share a video stream
- White circle Icon: Record meeting
- Three boxes: Change the video layout and allow full-screen access
