As part of our commitment to providing reliable and high-quality services, our supplier will be performing a routine maintenance upgrade on one of their network routers located in their data centre. This upgrade is necessary to address a bug in the current software version that can cause downtime.
Thanks to the redundant nature of the system, network traffic will continue to flow uninterrupted through a second router. However, there may be temporary disruptions to these sessions during the maintenance window. The work will begin at 23:00 (GMT) on Monday, February 12th and is expected to be completed by 03:00 (GMT) on Tuesday, February 13th.
While every effort is being made to minimize disruption, there is always a slight risk of service interruptions during maintenance activities.
