We will be updating our 3CX phone systems to Version 18 Update 7 on Wednesday the 10th May at 4:30am.

We estimate that the update will take approximately 15 minutes to complete.

If users utilise the desktop app, when they log in once the update has been complete their app may ask them to update, users should allow this update on their desktop app.
