We will be updating our 3CX phone systems to Version 18 Update 6 on Wednesday the 29th March at 4am.
We estimate that the update will take approximately 15 minutes to complete.
If users utilise the desktop app, when they log in once the update has been complete their app may ask them to update, users should allow this update on their desktop app.
The latest update from 3CX introduces SBC-capable IP Phones, new group features, and additional roles in rights management.
